For work that lasts longer than one event.
Some event work runs for weeks or months: a festival season, a venue's regular staff, an internship. The Job Board is where organizers post it and crew apply, with the same verified profiles Evexa uses for events.
Jobs, internships and projects
A job can be ongoing, an internship has a fixed period, and a project covers a short window like a festival season. Each post lists location, work mode, working hours, openings and the pay.
Only from companies with a complete profile
An organizer can post only after filling in their company profile (company name, PAN, GST or registration number and a logo), because these are longer commitments than a single event day. Evexa does not check these against government records yet.
Everything shown before you apply
Crew see every detail the organizer entered, including the pay, payment timeline, skills asked for and any screening questions, before they apply.
Optional police verification
A posting can ask for police verification. Crew upload it once from their documents and Evexa checks it is on file before an application goes through.
Hired work stays on your record
Once an organizer marks the work complete and rates it, it is added to your history like an event, so it counts toward your Passport, CV, earnings and Trust Score.
Calendar and safety carry over
When you are hired, those dates are blocked on your calendar and Emergency SOS works for the whole engagement.

Frequently asked questions
Who can post on the Job Board?
Event organizers whose company has been verified. Postings are for event crew roles, not for vendors.
Can I apply as an event student?
The Job Board is open to crew accounts. Each posting shows exactly what it asks for, so you can see whether it suits you before applying.
Is the pay always a fixed number?
A post can show a fixed amount or say the pay is set as per skill. Either way it is shown on the post before you apply.
Can I rate the company after the work?
Yes. Once the organizer marks the work complete, you can rate the company, so reviews run in both directions like they do for events.
How are inappropriate postings handled?
Crew can report a posting, and Evexa's team can remove a posting with a reason that the organizer is told about.
