Not a bolt-on feature. Built into every step.
Verification, attendance proof and safety tooling aren't an add-on module on Evexa — they're the foundation the rest of the platform is built on.
Gov ID + selfie verification
Every crew member verifies their identity with a government ID and a selfie before they can apply to events. Organizers fill in a company profile, and every event has ratings from past crew, so you can see who you are working with.
Trust Score & ratings
A running Trust Score built from verification status and two-way ratings, visible to organizers before they accept an application.
GPS-verified attendance
QR check-in and check-out tied to a geofence and timestamp, so attendance is proven, not just claimed.
Emergency SOS
A one-tap alert with live location for medical issues, harassment, or an unsafe venue, built directly into the app.
Two-way ratings
Organizers rate crew and crew rate organizers — a bad experience on either side becomes visible, not just word of mouth.
Reports reviewed by our team
Crew can report an issue with an event from the event page, and anyone can write to support@evexa.co. Our team reviews every report.

Frequently asked questions
What identity verification does Evexa require?
Crew members verify with a government-issued ID plus a selfie before they're able to apply to events. This forms the basis of their Digital Event Passport. Organizers fill in a company profile (company name, PAN, GST or registration number and a logo). Evexa does not check those against government records yet, so look at an organizer's ratings from past events too.
How is attendance actually proven?
Crew check in and out with a QR scan tied to GPS location and a timestamp — giving organizers a verifiable attendance record instead of a verbal confirmation.
What happens if something goes wrong at an event?
Emergency SOS lets a crew member send a one-tap alert with their live location for medical, harassment or unsafe-venue situations. The alert goes to the event organizer and the Evexa safety team. Problems with an event can also be reported from the event page, and anyone can write to support@evexa.co.
Are ratings visible before an organizer accepts an application?
Yes. Every applicant's Trust Score and rating history are visible to the organizer as part of the application review.
