By creating an account or using Evexa, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Evexa is a platform connecting event organizers with event crew (staff, freelancers, and professionals) across India. We provide the tools for posting events, applying to them, verifying identity, tracking attendance, and rating each other — we are not a party to the working arrangement between an organizer and crew member.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Evexa.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including during identity verification, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Organizer accounts and crew accounts are subject to the same core terms, with features scoped to the relevant role.

Crew members must complete identity verification (government ID and selfie) before applying to events. Providing false or fraudulent identity information is grounds for account suspension.

Crew accounts get a limited number of free applications; Event Crew Premium (₹149/month or ₹1,499/year) unlocks unlimited applications and additional features.

Organizer accounts get a limited number of free event postings; Event Organizer Premium (₹499/month or ₹4,999/year) unlocks unlimited postings and additional features.

Payment for actual event work (wages) is arranged directly between the organizer and crew member; Evexa does not process or guarantee these payments.

You agree not to misuse the platform: no fake profiles, no harassment, no circumventing verification, and no using the platform for anything unlawful.

Organizers and crew can report or block other users for violations of these terms.

Ratings and reviews submitted through Evexa should be honest and based on an actual working relationship. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Evexa provides tools to help organizers and crew connect and verify each other; we don't guarantee the conduct, reliability, or performance of any user, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any specific event or working arrangement.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the extent permitted by law, Evexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Evexa and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@evexa.co.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Evexa after changes means you accept the updated terms.
