These Terms of Service govern your use of the Evexa mobile application and related services.

By creating an account or using Evexa, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must comply with applicable laws while using Evexa.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for your account activity.

2. Account Responsibility

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Do not share your account with others.
• Notify Evexa immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

You must NOT:

• Harass or abuse other users.
• Send hate speech or discriminatory content.
• Upload explicit, violent or illegal content.
• Send spam or scam messages.
• Impersonate another person.
• Violate any applicable laws.
• Attempt to bypass platform security.

Violation of these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent account removal.

4. Events & Services

Evexa is a platform that connects Event Organizers and Event Crew. Evexa is not responsible for agreements, payments, cancellations or disputes between users unless otherwise stated.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the content you upload or share. Content that violates our Community Guidelines may be blocked or removed.

6. Privacy

Your use of Evexa is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Account Suspension

Evexa may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines or applicable laws.

8. Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion through the Settings page. Some information may be retained where required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

Evexa may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
