Crew Levels

Experience that sets the pay, not a chat negotiation.

Every crew member on Evexa has a level, from Bronze I to EVEXA Legend. The level decides which roles you can take and what a day of work pays — so organizers and crew both know the number before anyone applies.

Ten levels, earned by working

Bronze I, Bronze II, Silver I, Silver II, Gold I, Gold II, Platinum, Diamond, Titanium and EVEXA Legend. Your level rises as you complete more event-days.

A fixed daily rate per level

Each level has its own daily rate, shown to crew before they apply. Nobody has to haggle in a group chat, and the rate for an event is locked when it is posted.

Organizers pick the level, not the price

When posting an event, an organizer chooses how many crew they need in each department and at which level. The daily pay for that level is filled in automatically.

Crew see the events they qualify for

Events show roles at or below your level, and Evexa tells you plainly if a role needs a higher level instead of quietly placing you somewhere else.

Higher levels have to keep the quality up

From Gold upward, a level also needs a minimum Trust Score and rating, and higher levels allow very few no-shows. Reliability counts, not just days worked.

Experienced crew are not restarted at zero

Someone with years of event experience can be placed at the right level by Evexa after a review, and their profile shows that the level came from their experience.

Frequently asked questions

How do I move up a level?

By completing event-days on Evexa. When you reach the next level you get a notification, and Gold levels and above also look at your Trust Score and rating.

Does a rate change affect events that are already posted?

No. If Evexa updates a level's daily rate, it applies to events posted after the change. Events already posted keep the rate they were posted with.

Do event students have levels too?

Yes. Event Students use the same level ladder and the same fixed daily rates as event professionals.

Can an organizer set a different rate for a role?

No. On Evexa the pay for a role comes from its level, so there is no separate number to type in or negotiate.
